Tatiana Berardinelli
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Tatiana Berardinelli is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK). Ms. Berardinelli has more than 25 years of global human resources leadership experience across packaging and manufacturing organizations.
Before joining Graphic Packaging, Ms. Berardinelli served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Multi-Color Corporation, a global label and packaging solutions company with more than 13,000 employees. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she led cultural and enterprise transformation initiatives. Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer of Clariant, a publicly traded global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Switzerland, where she played a key role in organizational and cultural transformation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Berardinelli held senior global human resources leadership roles at PPG Industries, Eastman Chemical Company, Dow Chemical Company and Rohm and Haas. Her experience spans North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Ms. Berardinelli holds a Master of Science in business administration from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden and a bachelor ÌÇÐÄVlog ’s degree in business administration from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
